Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Sendflo. This includes your account information, contact lists, campaign history, and any other data associated with your account.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to support@sendflo.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Sendflo account.
What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
- Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial records).
Facebook / Meta Login Users
If you connected your Sendflo account via Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook. Visit your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Sendflo, and remove it. Then email us at support@sendflo.io to complete the deletion of your Sendflo account data.
